PRODUCTS: We offer fashion dolls, clothing and accessories, assembled sets and singular items of value. Unique to our store are our OOAK personally assembled detailed composite ensembles that reflect the imaginative play of the past and the incredible diversity of today's products! Most of our items are new but without their original packaging. Some of our items are used and those will have detailed descriptions concerning their conditions. We do have hard to find boxed doll. See our Conditions page for details about the conditions of our products. Conditions for boxes are stated separately.
PAYMENTS: WE ALLOW 14 DAYS FOR PAYMENT! Our unique payments system allows us to offer you the widest variety of items at the lowest prices. When you finish placing your order you will be give your choice of payment methods. If you choose an online payment method we will calculate your order and send an email invoice via your chosen payment site. This allows us to make sure all items are in stock and apply any applicable coupons or discounts.If you select payment by personal check or money order you will receive instructions for mailing your payment. We do not issue cash refunds or change with any type of payment including money transfers and echecks. Items will be shipped only upon CLEARED payment.
A NOTE ABOUT OUR PRIVATE COLLECTIONS, SPECIAL PAYMENT TERMS CATEGORY:
Due to value, rarity and investment potential,items in that category are not eligiblie for online payment methods, including echecks. Personal checks and money orders only are accepted for these items. In some cases, upon request and approval, cash transfers such as Western Union may be accepted for these items. Layaway will usually be offered upon request. This enables us to offer a much wider variety of rare and sought after items, plus take items on consignment from other collectors.
Not accepting online payments for these items allows us to offer them to you, otherwise we would not have access nor be able to offer for sale the items in this category. 99% of our items will NOT be in this category and will be available for online payment. ALL ITEMS INELIGIBLE FOR ONLINE PAYMENT WILL BE NOTED AS SUCH IN THE DESCRIPTION AS WELL AS BE IN THIS CATEGORY.
ALL ITEMS IN ALL OTHER CATEGORIES ARE ELIGIBLE for online payment methods regardless of rarity or price. If you ACCIDENTALLY CHOOSE an ONLINE PAYMENT METHOD FOR AN ITEM THAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A ONLINE INVOICE FOR THAT ITEM. We will contact you about how to pay for this item. IF YOU ADD AN ITEM THAT IS NOT ELIGIBLE TO AN ORDER otherwise containing online payment eligible items, the ineligible item WILL BE REMOVED FROM YOUR INVOICE. A separate invoice will be sent indicating payment by money order, check or cash transfer only. Shipping and tax charges will be adjusted as needed but will not necessarily be increased. If your shipping is increased as a result of dividing the invoice we will notify you in a separate email and will allow you to pay by check or money order for all items if this will decrease your shipping costs. Your items may be shipped together and your order held until your both payments clear unless other arrangements are made. An ONLINE PAYMENT INTIATED BY THE BUYER FOR an item not eligible for online payments WILL BE REFUNDED.

TO OUR VALUED INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: We will accept international money orders in U.S. dollars. In some cases we can accept person to person checks in foreign currencies, please request more information about this, the checks must be from one individual to another. We cannot accept international money orders in any other currency than U.S. dollars. If you wish to pay by wire transfer please contact us for approval and arrangements. We have sold internationally for more than 20 years so you can be sure we are experience in receiving international payments and shipping internationally.
EXCHANGES: Please contact us with any problems with your order. Your satisfaction is our major concern. We want you to be pleased with your order and our service. Any agreed upon returns must be at the buyers expense in shipping and will be give as store credit.
PLEASE NOTE: We CANNOT issued ANY type of cash refund or change in connection with any payment received. At the end of 14 days from your request items will be RETURNED TO STOCK if payment has not been received or has not cleared.
A NOTE ABOUT OUR SHIPPING METHODS.
Your order from Ruskrascornerforfashiondolls.com or one of our other locations has probably come to you in a small box. A small percentage of orders are shipped in envelopes with greeting cards or bubble wrap or other means of providing extra protection for your item. We are near a small manufacturing town and are fortunate to have access to gently used packing material that has been previously used for delicate electronic equipment. Because this extremely fragile and expensive equipment must be packed in fresh materials that protect from static and other hazards, the packing materials can be used only once or twice for their original purpose and thus are still very clean and almost like new when it comes to us. And they are just right for sending on the products that we sell. Be assured we thoroughly inspect everything before using it and if we did not use these, most likely all this high quality material would be discarded by the companies that use them and contribute to landfills. (For business security reasons their policies usually restrict outside recycling and/or distribution to the general public.) So we feel really good about procuring these materials for at least one more use. And due to their sturdiness and high quality we feel many of our customers will be able to reuse some of them for some time to come. As per our agreements with these companies we do take precautions to negate the obviousness of the original purpose of the materials by removing most labels and other identifying marks. This is also so our packages are not mistaken for the expensive electronic equipment they once held and are thus more of a target for theft. We are pleased to be able to recycle these materials and hope our customers will do the same. These make up most of the packing material and boxes that we use for packing and shipping. Occasionally we may get unused or gently used materials from other sources and we also make sure to inspect these and do whatever it takes to bring the up to standard for shipping to our customers. We use boxes provided by delivery companies whenever appropriate or necessary.
